2025 Camp Tuition
Cost for camp sessions are $850 for three weeks and $1000 for four weeks. New camper screenings are $25. Registration and more information for all camp classes is available here. A small amount of need-based financial aid is available for families who otherwise may not be able to attend due to financial constraints.

Financial Aid
A limited number of partial scholarships are awarded on a demonstrated, need basis for the camp program. Paper applications are due April 15 of each year. Application and instructions can be found here. Before mailing, please keep a copy for your records.

Refund Policy
The deposit is non-refundable; other portions paid may be refunded with written cancellation within one month from start of camp. No refunds for cancellations after one month from start of camp. There is no trial period; no refunds for withdrawals for any reason.

Payment Policy
Registered campers may choose to pay in full or pay the deposit only by selecting the desired option at registration. The balance is due by June 1.

Upon payment, you will receive an email receipt from Heartland. Please keep this receipt as record of your payment, should you need it for insurance or tax purposes
