2023 Camp Tuition
Cost for camp sessions are $975 for the three weeks. New camper screenings are $25. Registration and more information for all camp classes is available here. A small amount of need-based financial aid is available for families who otherwise may not be able to attend due to financial constraints.

A limited number of partial scholarships are awarded on a demonstrated, need basis for the camp program. Paper applications are due April 15 of each year. Application and instructions can be found here. Before mailing, please keep a copy for your records.

Refund Policy
The deposit is non-refundable; other portions paid may be refunded with written cancellation within one month from start of camp. No refunds for cancellations after one month from start of camp. There is no trial period; no refunds for withdrawals for any reason.

Payment Policy
Prior to April 1, registered campers may choose to pay in full or pay the deposit only by selecting the desired option at registration. The balance is due by April 1.

Applications received after April 1 require payment in full. A 10% late registration fee is added after June 1. A 30% late registration fee is added after July 1. The deposit is non-refundable; other portions paid may be refunded with written cancellation within one month from start of camp. There are no refunds for any reason after one month prior to the start of camp.

Children wishing to attend only two weeks must register and pay for three weeks and inform camp staff of this decision.

Upon payment, you will receive an email receipt from Eventbrite. Please keep this receipt as record of your payment, should you need it for insurance or tax purposes
